If your idea of a free medium is that of a fake “Gypsy Rose Lee” down the pier think again. There is something deep at work when it comes to channelling the dead from the other side, certainly deeper than plastic crystal balls.
Disappearing into another dimension at death is a delusional concept for the sceptic, yet if one has ever experienced a paranormal event it does tend to blow mainstream perceptions out the window. A spiritual awakening can occur in the most challenging circumstances, such as a difficult childhood, perhaps because we heal a harsh reality with spiritual faith.
Whitney Houston had spiritual faith yet it was said she blew 100m in crack cocaine; even her guardian angel could not rescue this sensitive, delicate woman from her own inner darkness.
The Mail reports on line “This was a woman who, despite at least three attempts at rehab in the past eight years, appeared fully in the grip of drug addiction: wired, wrecked and out of control.”
Yet nothing could destroy Whitney’s voice with its “high-octave power note!” even if this beautiful woman lived on the edge she never renounced her faith in the Divine, the kind of faith a free medium understands, simply because without it they could never tune into the realities of the afterlife.
Whitney obviously had a unique connection to Spirit when she sang “Jesus Loves Me” with friend and artist Kelly Price just two days prior to her death. With her home in New Jersey in danger of being repossessed, Whitney was bankrupt emotionally and materially but never spiritually. She still yearned to stand in the light!
Her song “I Look to You” says it all. “As I lay me down, heaven hear me now, I am lost without a cause, after giving it my all!…After all my strength has gone, with you I can be strong.”
The fact is a free medium would have understood her pain, would never have judged her, would have told her that life is eternal, and that we are all loved by Spirit. Like Whitney’s song, .”I Look to You” we too can look to the divine to heal our lives no matter what we have done, no matter the mistakes we have made.
