If your money talks, but all it ever says is goodbye, watch this space! In these days of extreme financial meltdown how are the Masters and Misters going to cut down their budget and make it more homespun and negotiable?
The fact is bad spending habits are hard to keep tabs on and can lead to challenge, with nasty bank managers and irate creditors mucking up your day! Before you get too deep into debt, therefore, check out the following!
You spend on sports gear and bungee jumping lessons before bill paying and savings accounts.
Accountants are rarely, if ever, invited to your parties.
You depend on a rich relative leaving you an inheritance in their will.
Savings plans are “pie in the sky” as far as you are concerned.
You lost out on a pyramid scheme.
You asked for financial advice from a relative on Wall Street.
You cracked open your piggy bank when you were five years old and you have not bought a new one since.
You have attempted to negotiate with pawnbrokers.
You believe money is attracted to you because you are a nice guy.
You would never consider a sale, not even a Harrods one!
You have been known to live on bread and water.
You think that rich people are money grabbing.
You are still looking for that perfect deal.
You sold your stamp collection.
You have faith in insider trader secrets.
You have no money for a take away and are now contemplating a getaway.
You borrow from your friends, your mother, anyone, to pay the rent, car insurance, sudden expenses.
You never go to the dentist.
You spent all your life savings on plastic surgery.
If you managed to tick yes to three of the above, time to call a psychic for some wise advice. Metaphysical advice can be especially useful since it helps a guy to understand why “what he thinks he creates”, and “how he emanates he attracts!”
The empath could advice on how you can save money by putting a stop to pub crawling, collecting vintage cars and scuba diving equipment! She could guide you to tuning into the word “budget”. She might tell you that learning to “like money” is helpful. She could infer that to transform challenging money matters it is a good idea to develop spiritual maturity, in other words believe in words like “faith”, “trust”, “commitment” and “integrity”. Once you have got the aforementioned sussed, and have started to pay your bills, organise your receipts, and keep your “in” and “out” boxes empty, you can then begin each day by saying great affirmations like “Money comes to me easily and naturally”, “Money is my friend”. “I am a money attractor!”
The great sage Paramahamsa Yogananda once said “It is not wrong to tell the Lord that we want something. But it shows greater faith if we simply say: “Heavenly Father, I know that thou dost anticipate my every need. Sustain me according to Thy will.” For if a man is eager to own a car, for instance, and prays for it with sufficient intensity, he will receive it. But possession of a car may not be the best thing for him.
Sometimes the Lord denies our little prayers because He intends to bestow on us a better gift. Trust more in God. Believe that He who created you will maintain you!
Even if you are not a “Believer,” getting your head around attracting more money than you ever thought possible by becoming a tad more metaphysically aware is worth a try! Anything is worth a try when the creditors start kicking down the door!
