One thing is certain, you are already risking your life sitting on a rock hurtling through space at 65 thousand miles an hour, so sitting in an office risking your life in a dead end job might not be your best bet. If you can identify with what makes you happy, go for it! If your dream is to live in California and surf the waves, start surfing.. If you want to spend your life in blue jeans and a sweat shirt, start lounging around. The Wild and Free Diary. It is always best to keep tabs of wild and free comings and goings, it will be useful to your grandchildren. So start your wild and free trip by ticking off a list in your diary, if you like sucking oranges write that on your list and suck. If you adore your glass of wine in the evening, write that on your list and sip. If you cannot stop shopping for shoes, write that on your list and enjoy your Jimmy Choo shoes.
On the Road; Run in the park, kick up the autumn leaves, chase the ducks, act like a kid in wellies splashing in the puddles. Let your hair grow long and wild. Go up to a rose, and stick your nose right in the centre of it, breathing in its scent. Wag your head, stick out your tongue, and become a grown up kid with a purpose.
Watch your food intake. How can you be wild and free if you feel overweight. Go on an apple or fruit fast. Try a gluten/wheat free diet for a month. As you feel light and healthy your wild and free vibrations will expand.
Dive in the Deep End; Go to your local swimming pool and dive from the highest board, once you face up to that mega splash you will feel wild, and free of fear. Taking a cold shower is the next best thing to a dive, it will wake you up, increase your energy vibes and sense of well being, so necessary to wild and free decisions.
Stop Filling in Conversations: You don’t have to talk all the time, you can listen If you gossip you will feel exhausted. If you feel pushed to natter aimlessly, breathe deeply and wait, you might find that the next nasty thing someone has to say will change your life for the worse, and those wild and free feelings will ebb away, you don’ want that do you?
Stop Reading the Newspapers: Detox from mainstream. Bad news makes one sad, and hopeless. Do not concentrate on the horrors going on in the world, otherwise you will find it hard to make those wild and free decisions.
Last but not least, walk in the wind, do not be afraid if it musses up your hair, just know that you are on the right path, and it will take you to a place where your authentic self is really the only alternative: the wild and free alternative.
