“Staring at the blank page before you open up the dirty window, let the sun illuminate the words that you could not find!”
Natasha Bedingfield “Unwritten”
When it comes to metaphysical matters most of us tend to leave it to the experts. We feel inadequate, believing only a preordained few understand God, the Universe and “things that go bump in the night.” In fact, when we call a psychic we are nervous, will they really see into our minds? Will they really reveal some life changing event?
Consulting a psychic can indeed be a life changing experience, but we still need to realise that their work is to point out that we create our own reality, and fate is only marching in time with what already exists within us. In other words, if we cannot grasp our inner power, we might not make the most of our gifts, the opportunities, the people we meet, the wonders of life!
A psychic cannot usurp the gift of free will. They can tell you whether the boyfriend will call, or whether you should change jobs. They can access your personality traits, your gifts, your fears or doubts. But in the final analysis, you are your own expert when it comes to your soul.
A psychic will guide you to accessing your light power, which if used to the max would not only change your life, but the world. However, to delegate that power to a spiritual teacher, like a guru, is not what you came to this earth to do. A spiritual teacher can help you along the way, and teach you about yourself, but in the final analysis you must take responsibility for your own divinity. You are a reflection of infinite light, all human beings are whether they are aware of it or not. And a psychic’s task is to help us understand that. It might be scary realising we have so much untapped potential, but if we really want to build into a better destiny, we will stand up to fears of inadequacy, and opt for channeling our personal power into existence.
Julie had always felt she would not make it if the going got rough. She felt inadequate, afraid that she would fail life’s tests. One day she lost her job. She was distraught because she had also lost her self confidence. She rang David, one of our psychics. He saw her future as bright, he knew she would be successful but he also knew he would have to convince her. So he gave her some hints about creating her own reality, about accessing the light and faith within her own heart. She found another job, even though it had looked like an impossible task. She finally discovered that core of strength, that resilience she thought she never had.
A psychic would feel their work had failed if they had not helped us realise universal intelligence supports everything we do. By predicting what is possible, they will guide us through challenges, and even hard times. But they will also point out that we are the ones who transform our negatives to positives. In other words, if we have a guru complex, they will be the first to tell us it is time to wake up to our very own potential!
