Now there is nothing wrong with asking psychics and astrologers about the future, why not when we are insecure about it. But there is still something to be said for living the moment and making the best of each second of every day. When we enjoy the present, we forget ourselves, in other words we are not so self engrossed; in fact we are literally swept off our feet by life with its joys and challenges, and for a few seconds we forget our fears and worries.
So enjoy the here and now, no matter what it delivers, and know that if it is negative you can still stand up for the good, and change your reality:
- Choose to make every today “your day.”
- Keep a diary by your bed and write down your schedule; focus on it throughout the day.
- Stop waiting for other people to fulfil you.
- Choose what you want to notice in the bad or the good.
- Heal your anger, let go of the past, realise new possibilities are awaiting right now.
- If you notice injustice, just calmly write a protest letter to your local politician or newspaper and demand change.
- Do not waste energy on negative people, you cannot change them, they can only change themselves.
- Decide to act positive and make someone vulnerable, lonely and hurt happy today.
- Eliminate stress with a spiritual healing or a psychic reading to understand yourself more deeply.
- Have compassion for your life, and forgive your mistakes.
- Try taking regular exercise for example down the gym, or a walk around the block.
- Tell someone you love them every day.
- Learn to forgive and forget, for example call a friend who hurt your feelings and ask they how they are doing, understand another’s suffering.
- Join in, participate, enjoy other people’s gifts and beauty.
- Watch your diet; ensure you cook healthy meals.
- Learn self healing, or study metaphysical subjects to open your mind.
- Be like a child, enthusiastic and optimistic, but perhaps most important of all
- Give up on cynicism.
Every second of every day is your “here and now” . Worrying about what could happen will only set you up for stress. If you want to clear yourself of toxin and anxiety overload, tune into the moment, if you do, you are virtually guaranteed to break through to a new and vibrant future.
