Okay, you have decided you want to step “out of the box”. You are tired of being pushed around by unpleasant folks who want to get the better of you, you are ready to stand up to the “unweird”. In other words the status quo, the government, the “forces that be” because what is expected of you has had its day, you have reached breaking point. You have moved up a notch. You want to change career and become a wizard, and as soon as possible! So what does a guy have to do to caste those magic spells, and move the bad tempered colleague to another office space?
Understand that being a wizard is not just a case of waving a magic wand and saying “Ababra Abrakakraka” or “Bham Wham Ham Flam!” Any psychic will tell you that it might be best to get your head around vibrational issues first. Vibrations make up the physical world that rotates at different frequencies. Very simply put, a flower will vibrate differently to a weed, etc. Once you understand the law of vibration you will understand why sometimes things just do not gel If you are vibrating at a thousand knots a second and most people are vibrating at ten you will be invisible to them. This could be hard for you, especially as you want to be the centre of attention.
Understand relativity as in “what you see is what you get”. How you perceive is your personal key. And everyone sees different. So do not take things personally if you are dating a gorgeous girl and your mate “sees” a plain Jane, reality is in the eye of the beholder.
Cause and effect means that every action has a consequence. So if you were really nasty to someone say, in “The Middle Ages” they could incarnate in this life and be nastier back to you! If you need to meditate on that belief system, take your time!
As a Wizard you will have to deal with polarity as in “opposites attract”. Hot cannot exist without cold. Love cannot exist without hate. A wizard needs to detach himself from those intensities by only perceiving good around him. This is hard if someone hit the high point in negative polarities and cut you up at the traffic lights, or sneaked away with your promotion.
Know that change is a consistent state of affairs. Nothing remains the same. When things are challenging know that they will become easier again. When you are going through a bad phase know a good phase will follow. Once you understand change you will be able to handle patience. A wizard knows that his dreams will manifest; his magic spells cannot be doubted even if they take months to work.
As a wizard you will be a seeker, you will want to know as much as you can about life and people. Study others’ facial expressions, learn body language. Access as much information as you can about the human psyche and above all keep an open mind.
Daily spiritual practice, such as meditation or prayers is a must if you wish to increase inner wisdom and expand personal charisma. Avoid religions however; as they will insist you think inside a metaphysical box. Keep your free spirit rolling, and enjoy feeling the wind in your hair.
Build a temple in your home or garden. Better still, make your own home your temple. Collect sacred objects that mean something to you, for example a horse shoe on the mantel piece.
Communicate with other wizards, even if they are difficult to find. They will recognise you, you will recognise them, and they will help you if you are going through a particular tough magical challenge.
Learn to read the astro, the tarot, or the runes. This will keep your mind “vibrating” at a high level and could reveal a hidden gift. As a result you could expand on your gifts, such as taking up the violin or painting portraits.
For a while do not worry about magic spells, worry about your thoughts, your kindness, your patience and your good attitude. Even the best wizard makes a mistake and mucks up now and then. So if your recent spell to attract happy people into your life magnetised a bunch of “misery guts'” that is okay. Because we have all come to this planet to learn, and the last thing a true wizard will be is arrogant.
In short you do not need to say “Hey Presto” that often to be a wizard just believe in yourself and life! Our advice is avoid the cynics and have some magical fun. What are you waiting for?
